The new year is here, and we’re kicking things off with a round of powerful updates designed to help you streamline operations, improve product discovery, and optimize your marketing efforts. Here’s what’s new in Ribbn this month.
Managing product sizes across various brands just got easier. With Ribbn’s 4-Tiered Size Taxonomy, you can now standardize size mapping and improve product organization, making it simpler for customers to find what they’re looking for.
When set up correctly, our AI uses your Size Taxonomy to interpret product labels and align them with your sizing scheme—boosting accuracy and enhancing the shopping experience.

Alongside our Size Taxonomy rollout, we’ve enhanced our core AI product attribution model to make sell requests and admin uploads more efficient. Expect better precision when mapping label details to your size filters, ensuring a smoother and more accurate listing process.
Bringing over customer data? It’s now easier than ever. With our Import Customer CSV tool, you can upload a standardized CSV file of customer contacts and have them seamlessly integrated into Ribbn.

We’ve spent time putting the essential code in place to help merchants enable digital marketing with as little work as possible. After evaluating different approaches, we built our system around Google Tag Manager (GTM)—which now allows merchants to sync with the majority of the Google and Meta marketing ecosystem by simply adding a GTM ID in their Ribbn settings.
From this single GTM ID, merchants can automatically track key commerce and conversion events across platforms. While an experienced digital marketing specialist will be needed for full enablement on the merchant’s side, we have reliable resources available to help.
Tracking key commerce and conversion events in your Ribbn webshop just became effortless. By linking a Google Tag Manager (GTM) ID, you can now enable essential event tracking for Google Ads and Analytics right out of the box.
👉 Ready to get started? Configure your GTM ID in Settings or reach out to our support team for guidance on digital marketing setup.
As a bonus, the Meta Pixel can also be injected into in your site by only linking a GTM ID. This will require some additional configuration on the digital marketing side, but we’ve got you covered—though additional setup fees may apply.
Stay compliant with evolving data privacy regulations. We’ve introduced a cookie banner to webshops so you can manage consent requirements with ease.
We’ve introduced new file feeds that sync up with Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, Klaviyo products, and more. These feeds can be linked once with each respective platform, and they will automatically refresh every hour with your latest available online products.
Ready to set up your marketing feeds? Contact our support team today to get your feed file links, or wait for the self-service option coming soon to the Ribbn web platform..
👉 Note: We don’t recommend enabling checkout through Meta, as it adds additional fees. Instead, link directly to your webshop for a better customer experience.
